This was our last stop prior to arriving in Santiago. O Pino, delivered, a good few places where to eat and have a drink, buy some gifts, and the locals were very nice. Perhaps I saw it at its worst, a public holiday. It felt like a ghost town. Can’t recall name of restaurant I ate in but it was on the Main Street, had two rooms with long tables in the middle of each room, so as a solo diner I felt fine. It was hard to identify based on the full booking name so be sure to look up to see the PR PLATAS sign on the roof at the front of the building. Check in was very friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, room was a bit dated but very clean. There were quite a few restaurants within easy walking distance. We purchased the breakfast included and it was a very good full hot breakfast at the cafe next door.Love to TravelCanada

The hotel is named 9 de abril because of his son birthday and all of the rooms are named by their family’s birthdays. Wifi worked perfectly. Hot water and extremely comfortable beds. Can’t recomend this place enough.

Check in was easy and checkout easier. Some of the locals took us to the Corpus Christo festival which is a big deal across Spain. it was a great way to make the last lag to Santiago.
