Amazing! So glad that we reserved here. Location was easy to find with signs on the Camino..Beautiful place to stay. Super peaceful and comfy Elena and Javier were wonderful! Food was delicious...really a picture perfect experience.

Of all the 10 places I stayed during my recent visit to Spain, this pension was the most memorable: the facility is a beautifully renovated historic home, the owners were extremely charming and nice (not to mention hard working and motivated to please). We enjoyed the best food and wine at Casa Pichona, and the Camino trails in the area are the most beautiful.

Casa a Pichona is a beautiful place to stay, it's very tastefully decorated and the beds are comfortable, the linen was very luxurious too. please eat your meals here because the food is delicious. The pilgrims salad and the tortilla were to die for, so delicious. The couple who run the place are very sweet and accommodating. Casa a Pichona is on the Muxia route and easy to navigate in and out of town.

it was a wonderful redesign of a stone farmhouse with all of the modern conveniences. the property is located near a stream so you can relax on the deck and hear the sound of flowing water. the bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. the property owners could mot have been nicer.

The most beautiful place on our 15 days on the Camino. Amazing rooms with 5 star hotel amenities. Owners are very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional (they allowed my husband to check in very early and drop him with their car in Cee)

This is a definite find! Conveniently located off the Camino in an old village, this restored home is clean, comfortable, has amazing food, modern private bathrooms, and a lovely back garden. They grow some of the fresh food that they serve. Yes - it cost a bit more - but it was so worth it. Shared my room with another pilgrim, and it was restful! The windows also have screens for a big free sleep. Totally recommend!

The BEST stay on my 40+ days on the Camino. I arrived early and was kindly greeted with cold water and quickly escorted to my stunning, comfortable room. The room was incredibly clean with modern features in the bathroom and charming features throughout. The bedding and pillows were heavenly. I didn’t know I could sleep this well. Very tranquil. Elena and Javier made me a delicious lunch and dinner using fresh ingredients from the garden. The wine and homemade cheesecake was absolutely divine. I enjoyed both meals outside along the small river overlooking the valley. The menu is gracious-Elena is sn extraordinary chef! Although my Spanish is lacking, Javier went above and beyond to help communicate with me. The entire stay was peaceful, restorative, and very enjoyable. I highly recommend planning your Camino walk to be able to stay in this little slice of heaven! Thank you, Elena and Javier!
