We loved that R&R was literally just a few steps off the Camino which is very nice when it's raining and you've been walking for hours. Our hostess Carolina was great about communicating. Via WhatsApp she sent us a photo of the front door of the building as well as the code. Although the building entrance was a bit musty (It had been raining all day.), the top-floor apartment was wonderful. It was light and airy, modern, and clean. We loved that there was laundry soap for the washer and coffee for the morning. We were very close to Church of Santiago and to the river and when the rain stopped we strolled over to the river and up to the Convent de Carme up on the hill just near the apartment. Later we enjoyed dinner at one of the places Carolina recommended and loved it. In the morning, we were able to visit the Church of Santiago and keep walking the Camino. Definitely a great, comfortable, and convenient spot for pilgrims.
